Bindee Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bindee, every piece is made with love and care for our Bindee girls. Since we are still a small and growing label, we currently follow a no refunds policy. But don’t worry we do offer size exchanges and store credit to make sure your Bindee experience stays happy and stress-free. ✨

 

1. No Refunds

  • We are unable to process refunds for any orders.
  • This helps us keep our prices fair and continue creating more Bindee pieces for you.

2. Size Exchanges Only

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues on the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • No style or color exchanges are possible. 
  • Size exchanges are possible on garments only. 

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be shipped back within 7 days of exchange approval.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

5. Process

  • Email us at namastey.bindi.shop@gmail.com with your order number and size request.
  • Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back (based on your location).
  • If your requested size is unavailable, your store credit will be issued at the time of approval.
  • If the returned item does not meet our exchange conditions upon inspection, the store credit may be voided.

6. Exceptions

  • Accessories, sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
