Bindee – Shipping Policy 🚚✨

We know you can’t wait to rock your Bindee fit. Here’s how your order makes its way from us to you:

1. Processing Time 🧵

  • Every Bindee piece is packed with care (and a little cult energy). Orders take 2–4 business days to process after payment.

  • We take Sundays and public holidays off (Bindee girls need rest too).

  • During launches/festive rush, give us a tiny bit more time — worth the wait, we promise.

2. Shipping & Delivery ⏳

  • We ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Currently, we are Baby Bindee - still prototyping. So these pieces come straight hand-stitched from our tailor. So our usual delivery window: 5–10 business days, depending on your city. As we grow, we will try to be faster! 

  • International shipping? Not yet… but the Bindee cult is coming for the world soon. 🌍

3. Shipping Charges 💸

  • Charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

  • Keep an eye out for our free shipping spells — they drop randomly.

4. Tracking Your Order 🔍

  • Once shipped, we’ll slide into your inbox/DM/WhatsApp with a tracking link.

  • Just click, stalk your courier, and manifest delivery vibes.

5. Delivery Drama 🎭

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows up looking sus — email us at namaste@bindee.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll sort it out, pinky promise.

  • But remember: courier delays, weather tantrums, or acts of the universe aren’t on us.

6. Address Check ✔️

  • Double-check your delivery address before hitting “Place Order.” 

  • If the courier aunty goes to the wrong gali, that’s on you (and your typo).

7. Exchanges & Returns 🔄

  • We don’t do refunds yet (small biz, big dreams).

  • Size exchanges only — see our full Returns & Exchange Policy.

  • If we send you the wrong or damaged piece (rare, but we’re human), we’ll cover shipping for the replacement.
