We can update these terms anytime. Changes take effect when posted. Keep up, girl.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ to shop with us. If you're younger, make sure a parent or guardian is involved. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Orders & Payments
- All prices are in ₹ INR and are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every order.
- Prices may change at any time, but your confirmed order price is locked in.
- We accept online payments only. No Cash on Delivery (COD).
- In the event of a pricing error on our website (wrong price due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We'll always notify you before doing so.
- Our pricing reflects the real cost of making something handmade, planet-friendly, and worth it.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India and to select international destinations. For timelines, rates, and carrier details, see our [Shipping Policy].
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- For pre-order items, extended delivery timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch — contact us within 24 hours of placing a pre-order to cancel.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order has been picked up by our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@bindee.in or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Defective Items
No refunds. We offer size exchanges only, for garments only, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for exchange:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging
- Sale items, accessories, and essentials (bindis, safety pins, scrunchies, bangles) are not eligible for exchange
How to initiate an exchange:
- Email support@bindee.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and photos of the item
- We'll confirm eligibility within 48 hours
- Ship the item back to us — return shipping is at the customer's cost
- Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your exchange size within 5–7 business days (subject to availability)
- If your requested size is unavailable, we'll offer store credit valid for 6 months
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Product Descriptions & Colours
We do our best to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device. This does not constitute a defect. If you're unsure about a colour or size, reach out before ordering — we're happy to help.
Intellectual Property
Don't steal our photos, designs, copy, or cult energy. Everything on this website — images, text, branding, product designs — is Bindee's intellectual property. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and will be taken seriously.
Communications Consent
By placing an order or creating an account with Bindee, you consent to receive transactional communications from us via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. These include order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time — see our [Privacy Policy] for details.
Liability
- We are not liable for courier delays, customs holds, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
Bindee will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, civil unrest, power outages, or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if such circumstances affect your order.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel any pending orders if we detect fraudulent activity, policy violations, chargebacks without basis, or any misuse of our platform. We'll notify you where legally required to do so.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address customer concerns:

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
